Cruise-In and Fireworks

July 1st - Every year, there is a big car show and activities around the 4th of July. It is always something fun to do. My little brother, Jeff, came up this year and we took him to the car show with us. The kids had a great time looking at all the cool cars, but this real reason we go every year is for our Daddy! He loves this stuff!
When we got there, Avery was asleep. Somehow, she stayed asleep when I moved her into her stroller and she got a pretty good little nap in.

One of the first cars we saw was this Bumblebee car and Logan HAD to have a picture with it! He loves cars like his dad and is so funny reading all the different kinds.

That night was a big fireworks show at the stadium near our house. We can see it pretty good from our backyard, so we had a few friends over for treats and homemade ice cream and some fire works watching. It was really fun! The only problem was that our Daddy got the ice cream all ready to go and realized our Ice Cream maker was BROKEN! He had to make a last second run to the store and get a new one. Luckily, our guests didn't mind that we were running behind. The kids had so much fun running all over the backyard with their buddies!
