My little Hoarder

As I was going through old pictures to post, I found this and I had to think for a minute to remember why I took it.  Then I remembered...

My Logan is a very sweet boy.  He is very sentimental and makes emotional attachments to EVERYTHING!  He can not throw anything away!  His room is filled with all sorts of random treasures that he has collected and he remembers where they all came from and what they are from.  If we even get close to the DI, he goes into panic mode because he gets extremely afraid that I am going to make him give something away.  It is pretty bad.  Every paper he brings home, every drawing he makes, every toy - even if they are broken!  I remember when he was about 4 or 5, there was an incident when Darren threw away a water bottle in the recycling.  It was just before the truck came to pick it up.  It was just a regular plastic water bottle.  Not like a reusable one or anything.  Logan went into total meltdown mode and wanted to chase after the truck to get the bottle back.  It was crazy!  He is getting a little better, but not much...  Anytime I do throw something away that I don't want him to know about, he always seems to find it and dig it out of the garbage before it is gone.  Here are a few recent examples...

I cleaned out the toy room and threw away a few toys, including a plastic fireman's hat that was in the dressups.  It was completely shredded up and was just a cheap one the kids had gotten on a field trip to the fire station.  I threw all the stuff in the garbage in the bathroom.  A little bit later, Logan called me from the bathroom.  He was sitting on the toilet going to the bathroom and while he was sitting there, he was going through the garbage can and digging out everything and explaining why we couldn't throw it away.  Especially the fire hat!  He came out a few minutes later wearing the hat.

The kids ate some pistachios one day and I was clearing off the table and threw away all the shell remains they had left sitting around.  Logan went into hysterics.  He asked why I would throw those away.  They were for his shell collection!  We had to talk about what kind of shells are appropriate for a shell collection - pistachios don't make the cut!

Logan had some cheap flip flops I bought him for the summer.  They were the $2 kind and towards the end of the summer, they broke.  He asked me if I was going to fix them and I told him I didn't think they were fixable.  He was very upset and wanted to know why we wouldn't fix them to save for Bronson.  (This is just about the only way I can get him to get rid of things.  If he is going to save it for Bronson or give it to his cousin...)  I told him we could just get some new ones and then he asked, "Ok, well, do you have a picture of me wearing these?"  That seems to be his latest consolation.  As long as there is a picture of the item it is a little easier to let go.  I have NO idea where that could have come from...

And that brings us to THIS picture...

In July, we went to the park with a group of friends.  Logan collected all these sticks and when it was time to go home, he started to load them ALL into the car!  I told him he could take one.  He had a bit of a fit.  He was sure someone else would take them if he didn't take them and they wouldn't be there the next time we came to the park.  He picked the stick he wanted to keep and I set the rest outside the car in a pile.  When he saw the sticks like in a pile, he became more upset.  He started to spread them around.  He explained if they were in a pile like that, someone would just come along and take the whole pile and that it would be too easy for them.  He then made me take this picture! He also asked me if I would be sure and print the picture out. Funny kid!

There seem to be several random pictures like this on my camera lately for this same reason.
Like this one for one of his own special Lego creations.  I can't even describe the meltdown that happened over this because I didn't take a picture before the girls destroyed the original masterpiece.

Or this random picture of Logan's Ninjago card collection.

How I love my Logan and his love for life and everything!  Including junk!

It's A...

Dec 21 - I haven't done a great job documenting this pregnancy so far. I guess that is what happens when you have 3 small children to take care of! But, on Dec 21st, we went in for the ultrasound and to find out if we were having a boy or girl. Such an exciting day!!!

Poor Logan has been begging for a brother since before Avery was born, so he REALLY wanted a boy! He was SO sure that Avery was a boy when we went for her ultrasound that he argued with the ultrasound tech for quite awhile that she was WRONG and that he could not possibly have another sister and when we got home from the ultrasound, he refused to come into the house. He said he wasn't coming in until he got a baby brother! The girls also really wanted a boy. I don't really know why. Rylee really wanted it to be an even number of boys and girls at our house and I think Avery just went right along with the others. Anytime you asked her if it was a girl baby or boy baby, she ALWAYS said Boy! I knew Darren wanted another boy and I did too. My girls fight like crazy and I figured a boy would be good around here. (Although the thought of not dressing a baby girl up is a little difficult. Especially since I discovered ruffle fabric!!!) Anyway - I was feeling a little pressure going into the ultrasound. I was a little worried what would happen to everyone if it wasn't a boy, especially after Logan's experience last time! We talked to the kids a lot about loving our baby, no matter if it was a brother or sister and talked with Logan about how much he loved Avery now and was so glad she was part of our family. I was still worried they might be disappointed, but they were very excited to go to the ultrasound.

Cute little Avery said "ulta sound" so cute and couldn't wait to see the baby. I think she was the most excited one of all! We did have to explain that the baby wasn't coming out yet though. My little brother Jeff was up because he went to an Aggie game with us the night before, so we made it a fun day out and checked Logan out of school for a little bit and took the kids to lunch at Noodles and Co. Then it was time to find out the BIG news!
Me and my pregnant tummy at 21 weeks. The ultrasound went great! The kids were so excited and loved watching it up on the BIG TV on the wall. The ultrasound tech was really cute with them and good at explaining everything and showing them things. Avery LOVED hearing the heartbeat and still talks about it all the time. It is the cutest thing! They were all really into it. Just a few minutes into the ultrasound, the tech figured out that they REALLY wanted to know if it was a brother or sister, so she did some checking and it was....

A BOY!!!!

The kids were SO excited!!!! And so were Darren and I. She got some VERY clear shots, so there wasn't much doubting it. When Logan went back to school later, he told his class that "Sometimes Heavenly Father does give us what we really want." When I was telling someone that later, Rylee overheard me and corrected me. She said, "No Mom. Heavenly Father gives us what we NEED!" I guess they had listened to all our conversation about Heavenly Father sending us what our family needed, even if it wasn't what they hoped for. So cute!

Our new baby boy - This is the first time that they have done a 3D ultrasound on me. It was pretty neat, especially for the kids to be able to see the baby so much better. We got some really great shots of his cute little feet, but this picture was the best one. It is so amazing to see and every time I have one, I am still amazed at the miracle of life! The ultrasound tech printed the kids each their own pictures. They were so proud of them and couldn't wait to show all their friends!
We are having a BROTHER!!!!

So...Since I haven't done a good job writing much about this pregnancy, I'll add a few things here. This pregnancy has been a little tougher than my other ones. Not bad. Just a little bit more uncomfortable. I guess since I am now in the 30s Club and it is my 4th pregnancy, that is bound to happen. And that I have 3 other kids to take care of. I was a little bit more sick in my first trimester and it lasted a bit longer and I was SO tired all the time. I still have struggles to stay awake at night and can barely keep my eyes open past 9:30 if Darren and I sit down on the couch to watch something. I am quite a bit bigger than my other pregnancies, so I feel more uncomfortable. Sleeping has been SO difficult! The baby is higher than my last couple and my ribs are always sore when I wake up. For a little while after Christmas I was having these awful pains and a lot of pressure. I could barely walk sometimes and there were days when I was in tears because it was so painful. But, they have gone away for the most part and I am doing better now than I was at that point.

I haven't had any real cravings so far. I remember really specific things I wanted with my other pregnancies, but I haven't really had too many this time around. I am hungry constantly but can't eat much at a time. I like snacks. Way too much!!!

My favorite part of being pregnant is being able to feel the baby move. I just love that feeling! I don't know why. It is not always the most comfortable, but there is something so amazing about it and reassuring. I love sitting down on the couch at night and just watching my tummy move and dance all over the place! There is something that really bonds you to the baby, or at least I feel like it does.

I felt the baby move for the first time at about 20 weeks. The first few times, I wasn't completely sure that was what it was, but the night before the ultrasound, the baby was very active and I knew that is what I had been feeling. Darren was also able to feel the baby kick that night, which I always love sharing that with him. In the next couple weeks, all the kids were able to also feel him move. Cute Rylee got the most excited face when she felt him. Logan and Avery weren't as patient or interested. But, now that he is moving more, they all love to feel him and get excited. Avery always laughs and says "he kick me!" and sometimes she will lay her head on my tummy so sweet and talk to the baby or give him loves and kisses. Sometimes she tells me he is crying and she is constantly asking when the baby will come out. Right now she says "after the easer bunny (or sometimes she calls him the easer baby) then the baby come out!" Rylee has been drawing some great pictures of me with a GIANT belly! I will have to post them sometime.

I am currently in nesting mode and trying to get a million things done and clean and rearrange rooms and all of that! I'm glad I have some energy left. I just wish it was easier to do things, but being so big makes cleaning and everything difficult at times. Good thing I have a fabulous husband who helps me a ton!

We are counting down to the big day. I have an appointment tomorrow and they are supposed to schedule me then. Only about 6 weeks left! I can't believe how fast it has gone. I got to watch my neighbor's baby the other day and I couldn't put him down! It got me so excited for our little guy to get here!

Now, if we could only come up with a NAME! I hate not having one. Avery didn't have a name for about 3 days and it was hard, so I want to have one this time. But, we just can't decide. We have LOTS of boys names that we really like and agree on, but nothing that we are SO excited about that we know its the one. Hopefully, we figure it out soon. I have been asking the kids for suggestions, but they haven't helped much. Logan likes Ben, which I think is cute, but then he told me he wanted Ben for Ben Kenobi from Star Wars. We like the name Brock a lot, but Logan says he only likes Brockeith, who is an Aggie basketball player. He also suggested the name Mosiah. Rylee hasn't really suggested anything. She just doesn't like most of the ones we have come up with. Avery likes "nana" for some reason. She calls most of her dolls that and suggests it as a baby name a lot. She also likes "Baby Asher" because our friends just named our baby that and she suggested Elmo the other day.

Talents and Star Wars

The other day, Logan ate his breakfast exceptionally fast. I should preface this story with saying that morning he REALLY wanted to play Lego Star Wars on the Xbox, so he got up at 6:30! He then proceeded to do his chores so I would let him play as early as possible. One of these chores was to clean his bedroom and Avery left her sippy cup in there, so he took it into her and woke her UP! Not cool! Another chore is a special job from mom, so he then brought Avery into me (I have NO idea how he got her out of the crib...) and asked what he could do for his job.... at 6:36 AM! We are not really morning people at our house, so that is VERY early! Anyway - After all that, we finally got around to breakfast and he ate it really fast! I said, "Holy cow! Logan are you done already?" His response was, "Yeah, Mom. Its one of my many talents. I eat breakfast really fast!"

Lego Star Wars seems to be ruling our LIVES!!! It is the only video game he ever wants to play and one of the only things that gets him to do his chores. For his last reward with chore points, he picked a Star Wars Lego sticker book that he is obsessed with and takes everywhere and spends so much time looking at, which I prefer to the video game. I was also was a BAD parent and bribed him with money for goals in soccer. He is not always that aggressive, so I tried to do something that would get him into the game. It worked pretty well.... The problem was all he wanted to do now was SCORE so he would stand by the goal and say "pass, pass to me" the whole game.... Not quite what I was going for. He got especially into it when he discovered that he could use his money for a Star Wars Lego set and he was a little unbearable at scoring in the last few games. He would be upset if he didn't score, and he somehow managed to score 4 goals in his last game! After the game, he spent all day Saturday asking when we could go and get it and once we finally picked it up he has been so obsessed! He wouldn't even put it on the conveyor when we checked out and after we were done, we realized we hadn't paid for it, so we had to stand in line again. He has played with his little Mandalorian set non-stop and the past couple of mornings, we have woken up VERY early to hear his little gun shot sounds... "pew, pew, pew" in the highest little voice! Darren told him he couldn't get up before 7:30, so he stayed in his room until then and then right at 7:30, he was in our room. He was talking and talking all about Legos and trying to get Darren out of bed to play with him. I don't even think he took a breath! I'm glad he is so excited about something, but I sure wish it didn't have to be so early in the morning! I love my little Lego boy!

Moments with Logan

Oh how I love my Logan! He is so full of life and energy! He said one of the funniest things today - We were driving home from church and out of nowhere, he says, "How old will Jesus be this Christmas?" It took a second for me to really think what he was talking about, but then it clicked that Christmas is Jesus' birthday. I thought it was hilarious because I had never thought of it that way. He is such a funny boy!!!
The last 2 days with him have been so entertaining! On Friday night, Darren took Logan to the Utah State-Weber State hockey game. Logan was in heaven! He loved the whole thing and had a great time. Darren had really good seats close to the ice, but Logan was nervous to sit that close for some reason, so they moved a little further up, but then they were by the tunnel and the Fog machine, and Logan wasn't too sure about that either. Darren said he really paid attention the whole time and cheered and he even remembered a lot of the players names and jersey numbers afterward. He woke up Saturday morning bright and early and started playing a hockey game in the toy room quite loudly. It was a pretty funny thing to wake up to! The kid has a career in Sports Broadcasting ahead of him! He talks just like the announcers at the game and has the same inflections in his voice and remembers all the players name. He even came up with his own team and started inserting his friends and himself as the players. For example, he would say "For the Aggies, #45, Logan WEBBER!!!" just like the Utah State announcer. I love it! He went through most of his little friends doing the same thing. I love it! He also is always keeping score on either the little easel with his number magnets in the toy room or on a piece of paper, and then he crosses it out and changes to the new score. It is pretty funny how entertained he can be by this.
Last night, we went to the Utah State-Weber State basketball game. (Yes...we are BIG Aggie supporters.) He loved it and was jumping up and down and cheering the WHOLE game like the Energizer bunny! I don't know how he does it! The people who sit in front of us are older and a little ornery and they kept giving us VERY annoyed looks the whole game. It is too bad for them, too because we have season tickets and will probably be bothering them all season long! Logan was VERY into it and did every chant, including "I believe that we will win" and "Winning Team, Losing Team" (If you have never attended a Utah State game, you should check those chants out on YouTube. They are quite impressive!) His daddy was SO proud! He didn't even have a voice today because he was cheering SO much!
Today at church, there was a new little boy in Primary who happens to be in Logan's school class and Logan was ecstatic! He was there last week, but we were out of town, so we missed him being there. When they asked if there were any visitors, Logan jumped out of his seat and raised his hand, but the Primary President didn't see him quickly enough, so he ran up to the front of the room and announced that there was a new boy, and then grabbed the little boy and tried to pull him up. They had to explain that he was already introduced. It was pretty funny. I think he jumped for most of Primary because he was so excited. People kept asking me what he ate because he was pretty hyper. He was quite sad though when he found out that he wasn't in the same class as Carter, but he did sit with him through all of opening exercises and they were so funny. They would just look at each other every once in awhile and hug. Too cute!
Tonight, Logan couldn't fall asleep because he kept coming down and telling us he really needed a clock in his bedroom so he knew what time he needed to wake up. He is such a funny boy about some things.
Tonight we were talking with some friends and telling a few funny stories about kids and one came up about Logan that I don't think I ever journaled. About a year and a half ago (May 2009), we were at a really good friend's 30th birthday roast. Someone came in and told us that our child was outside with no clothes. Sure enough, Logan was in the neighbors sandbox, completely naked! When Darren went over to talk to him, he explained that it was Ok, because he was camouflaged and no one could see him. Oh, I love my Logan!!!

One Handsome Dude!

These are the photos we had done of Logan last month. Since I had pics done of him recently, I didn't have her do too many of him, but what she did turned out amazing!!! The photographer just let him play around and took pictures as he went around so they totally capture our busy little boyand his personality! I love them!!!
This is my VERY favorite!!! It is going up on our wall - Look at those eyes!!! How do you get mad at him with those???
I thought this was so fun!

My favorite again, but in black and white.

This picture is SO Logan!

This is Logan building a teeter totter! He is all boy!

Look at those lashes! Ladies, watch out!!!

I love that handsome smile!!!

He thought the train tracks were awesome!
I LOVE our Logan! He is so fun to be around and brings a lot of energy to our house! Last night, I was at Relief Society and some of the Primary ladies were telling me how much they love having Logan in there and how entertaining he is, which I thought was maybe a nice way of telling me he is a little naughty, but they said, "No. He is just so excited about everything and full of life." That definitely describes our Logan! He is so passionate about things he is excited about and so fun to be around and busy, busy, busy! He spent the evening last night jumping on the couch and screaming for the Aggies and booing the Cougars. I love when he gets really excited - he can't contain himself and has this funny laugh and jumps around so crazy! He makes our life exciting and is so full of life and love!

Scabs and Boogers

Sometimes it is very apparent to me that Logan is ALL boy! Lately, he has been doing some extremely gross things that make me think - "REALLY? Are you serious?"
For instance.... The other day, he fell and skinned his knee pretty bad and has a huge scab on his knee. For some reason, whenever he is just sitting or not doing anything, he thinks it is a good idea to LICK his scab - Yes...I said LICK! What could that possibly taste like? I have considered taking a lick just to see what the appeal of it is, but quickly decided that that is just plain GROSS! I have no idea why he does this...
Thursday we took a drive up the canyon to see the fall leaves before they are covered in snow. I should first say that Logan is an obsessive nose picker, and when I catch him, he hurries to lick his finger before I can take it away. Am I missing out on something by not eating my boogers? It would seem so by how intensely Logan eats his! Anyway - While we were driving, Darren must have been itching his nose (at least that is his story...) because Logan said, "Ew, Dad are you picking your nose?" Darren told him he was just itching his nose (yeah, right...) and then asked Logan if he picked his nose. Logan's response cracked us up and left me totally disgusted - He said, "Yeah, My Boogs taste SOOOOO Good!" Ewww.
Logan is definitely good entertainment! Last night, we were watching Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, which is kind of a Sunday tradition at our house. Logan kept leaving the room, then coming back in and saying "Oh My Gosh!" and pretending he was part of the reveal. Darren and I thought it was quite funny! He also has quite the imagination these days. This morning at breakfast, he was carrying on a conversation with "Bron Bron" (LeBron James). He was saying "Good Shot Bron, Bron" and "Go Bron Bron, Number 16." I really don't know where he gets this stuff! He also has been pretending to play a lot of video games lately, especially DT Racers since he plays that with his Uncles at Grandmas house.
He has also been wanting to wear his Aggie football jersey around the house and then he pretends he is at the game. Sometimes he is the football players - He is pretty creative about setting up the football in different items for kick off (Aunt Vanessa's bracelet or Daddy's shoe) and then he says things in his announcer voice like "Incomplete" or "The Ball Carrier". I guess he does pay attention! He also says "And Now Welcome to the Field - the AGGIE MARCHING BAND!" and then sings some songs that they play, like the fight song or the Scotsman or other random ones. He also says other phrases from the game like "Watch the screen to play the AT&T Shuffle" or "Good Luck Josh" and plays some half-time game. It is so funny! He seems to remember everything he ever hears. He is always saying stuff from commercials like "coming soon on Disney DVD" or he loves to sing the Subway "5 Dollar Foot Longs" song.
Logan is also really into his ABC's and point them out everywhere we go. He has this cute little Leapfrog video that teaches the alphabet sounds and he sings it all the time - "The A says ah, the A says ah, every letter makes a sound, the A says ah." It is so cute! He is always shouting letters! He loves to try and figure out what everything starts with. The only thing is that he is usually reading them backwards - This morning he read the letters off his football as "L-F-N" and it took me awhile to figure out what he was talking about.
He may be gross sometimes, but he is still so sweet! I love his cuddles and all the loves and kisses he gives. Yesterday, he even shared the love with the people behind us at church. I have no idea who the couple even were, but I was taking care of Rylee, and looked and Logan was on the row behind us, having her read to him and playing with her thumb (another habit of his I will never understand!) What would we do without him? We Love You Logan!

Playing Pretend

I LOVE this CHEESY picture of Logan - It is a little fuzzy because it was taken on my phone, but so funny to me! He loves to "Show his Teeth" when he smiles! Logan has been so entertaining lately! He is hilarious and is always playing some type of pretend. It is so funny to watch his imagination at work. He is always playing with his toys now, which he never was really into before, and having them carry on conversations and making us join in! One of his latest favorites is to play "Camping". He loves to pretend that we are going camping or use Rylee's Little People Camper set to pretend that they are camping and there always has to be a bear involved and it is usually Darren or I. He also frequently likes to play Disneyland and have either his toys or himself pretend that they are riding Disney rides. The other day, I caught him with a few of Rylee's baby dolls in a basket and he was telling them they were on the Peter Pan ride and pushing them around "over Neverland!"Here is Logan all dressed in his Buzz costume in his "Space Ship". He is also always telling us that he is Buzz and we are Zurg or Woody and loves to talk about "destroying the galaxy" and other funny things. I have recently made the greatest discovery with him - I can ask him to do things over and over and over and usually get no response. But if I start the request with "Space Ranger, I have a Space Mission for you!" He immediately listens and does whatever I ask! It is awesome! This can be anything from "Space Ranger, I need you to find your space shoes for our space mission to the store" to "Space Ranger, we need to clean your room before Zurg destroys the galaxy!" It works great! Now I need to do some "Space Ranger" potty training! I did manage to at least get him on the potty the other day, but when I asked him if he was going, he said "My poop isn't working right now Mom."
Logan also says some of the most hilarious things! The other day, we were sitting at dinner and I was asking Darren where something was and Logan said, "It fell into my clutches!" Where does he come up with this stuff at 3 years old? He sat down next to my little brother at a family dinner the other day and said, "So, How was your day at work?" It was so cute! He always does this to Darren when he gets home, so I guess he thought everyone must go to work! Funny kid! I am always laughing at Logan and all of his funny comments.Logan is obsessed with cars lately! This is him and my dad "driving" my Dad's new car, which Logan LOVES because it looks like Lightning McQueen! He is always carrying around his little cars toys and quoting lines from the movie as he races them around. He is always lining them up and getting them ready to race. It is pretty funny. We were playing "Cars" the other day, and I was assigned to be his fire truck. I asked Logan if he wanted to play, and he said "I don't have tires. I only have hands and feet - No tires!" I finally convinced him that it would be OK to play with his truck anyway. He also recognizes the Chevy logo for some reason, which is weird because we are not car people! Today I was reading the paper and Logan saw an ad for a dealership and said, "Is that our Rocky Mountain Chevy Dealer?" Sure enough, that is exactly what the ad said!Logan has really been liking playing games on the computer lately with Dad. I found some fun games on the Disney website and Logan has loved it! He also really likes the pbskids.org website and is always asking to get on "Buzz.com" or "SuperWhy.com" or anything .com!

Since we moved to our new house, Logan has decided that he doesn't really need naps, which is a little rough on me! I finally got Logan and Rylee on a similar nap schedule and what do you know - He is done! This is a rare picture of him passed out on the couch! Once or twice a week, no napping catches up to him and he totally crashes! For awhile, I attempted to battle the no nap thing, but it just seemed to make it worse. A few times in the same week, I thought he was asleep upstairs and I was working downstairs and I heard him moving around. I went upstairs to see what I was doing and discovered him in my makeup! The good news is that it only was on his face and not all over the bathroom. The bad news is it was on his face and he seemed to enjoy it! It happened more than once! I think that he just wants to do what I do, just like he wants to shave like Daddy, but still... I don't think it is a great idea to get into makeup! These are a few funny pictures after I was done explaining to him "Makeup is for GIRLS!"
He actually didn't do too bad a job applying makeup... These ones are the lipstick...
Mascara Mess on a different day....
I am blaming this makeup obsession all on my little brother, Bradley. Brad frequently likes to show off his vocabulary. The problem is, he doesn't always know what the words he uses means. He was visiting us in Vegas a couple months ago and Logan was being really crazy and running all over and Brad said, "Logan, you are such a transvestite!" WHAT???? We all stared at him and I freaked a little! Then we asked him if he knew what that meant, and he said, "Yeah...Someone who is really hyper and stuff." Not exactly.... Logan in Uncle Jeff's football pads. He thought these were pretty cool! I had to post something manly after the makeup photos!
Gotta love Summer and Popsicles! This is Logan and 2 of our little neighbors, Dallin and Spencer. They spent a few hours at our house a couple weeks ago and played so good together! It was actually a bit of a break for me because they were all so entertained! We have had a lot of fun with them, but our ward got split on Sunday, and they are now in the other ward! Hopefully, we can still have some playdates because Logan loves playing with them!

Our Silly Little Boy!

This is one of my favorite recent photos of Logan. I don't know why - I just think it really captures his personality! Since I posted a bunch of photos of Rylee, I thought I'd also include some random recent ones of Logan! He is such a funny kid and always has us laughing! He says the funniest things and has so much personality already! The other day, I was putting him down for a nap and he said, "Have you thought about this Mom? Are you sure?" The things that come out of his mouth totally amaze me!!! He is really developing a very active imagination and is always pretending to be something - a pirate, a dinosaur, a dog - It is quite entertaining! Some of his latest favorite things include: Peter Pan, pirates, Lightning McQueen, playing games (he loves to get out all of our board games - His favorites are Jenga and Life - They make quite a mess!), Sports Class, jumping on the bed, Christmas music and TV Specials, Buzz Lightyear and Zurg and lots of other exciting boy things!
In this picture, Logan insisted on wearing his hoodie with the hood up and a beanie. He is a very busy kid and is always on the go and doing something adventurous - including climbing and jumping on every piece of furniture in the house. He is definitely ALL boy! As busy as he is though, he is also quite the cuddler and loves for us to snuggle with him. He is also a great big brother! Here are some of Logan's latest antics!
We made this turkey for FHE. Each feather had something Logan was thankful for - He LOVED it! The feathers said: family, Rylee, Mom, Dad, Home, Sports, Nursery (He loves going there!), food and a couple other of his favorite things!
What a pose! I thought it was so funny that he fell asleep this way!
A sick day cuddled up on the couch. When he is not feeling good or when he watches movies, he loves to have his blankie and pillow and a stuffed animal on the couch.
Logan loves to sleep cuddled up to one of his stuffed toys - I thought he and Buzz looked very cute!
He is obsessed with the cones in his Sports class - He loves to play with them. He was putting them on his head and saying "Drop! Go!" That is from Toy Story 2 - He is always quoting movies and books to us!
Now the cones are binoculars - He is looking for pirate treasure - another obsession of his!
I thought he looked so funny in the combination of clothes he put together - his rolled up PJs, Woody hat, Buzz sweatshirt and long socks!
He got these socks out of my closet and decided they made nice gloves and wanted to build a snowman - I don't know where you could do that in Vegas!
Logan loves playing in the tub! He gets very silly in there and the other day he told me to "Prepare the cannons!" and "Hoist Anchor!" - More pirate stuff!

The other day I made Logan this fort and he loved playing in it! First, he was King Logan and this was his "beautiful castle". Then he was a dinosaur, then it was a Rocket ship! It was good, cheap entertainment for us!
