April 10, 2010 - Being the BIG Real Salt Lake fans that we are, we had to attend the home opener for Real Salt Lake this year. First, we saw this funny sight on our way out of town....
Not sure what was going on, but there were a bunch of pens with animals off the side of the road. There was a camel and then this zebra and this other animal that looked like a zebra/donkey mix or something. I made Darren go back so we could check it out. I was sad that the kids were asleep and missed out. Only in our small town....Gotta love it!

Logan and Daddy with their matching jerseys. SO cute! Oh...and our good friend, Jesse in the background. We met them in front of the stadium and chatted for a bit, but we sat in different places. Logan was SO sad! He loves sitting by Jesse!

MLS Cup Championship last season. We got there plenty early so we wouldn't miss anything!

Before the game, they had a pretty big ceremony down on the field and they presented each player with a ring or something. This is Kyle

After they handed out the rings, they put up the new Championship Flag. Pretty sweet!
The half-time surprise was David
Archuleta. He came out with a little boy with the Make-A-Wish Foundation and they sang together. It was SO cute!!!
GOOOOAAAAALLLLL!!!! Real played the Sounders and it ended up being a 2-2 tie. It was a really fun game to go to and really exciting.
Logan cheering his heart out! He loves going to games and gets pretty intense.
Avery all bundled up. It got pretty chilly by the end of the game. She is one cute soccer fan! She was a great baby and survived her first...of many...soccer games! We love Real!!!
