Dates with Dad

Darren is such a good daddy and has been doing lots of fun things with the kids lately. We haven't been taking Avery very many places and so it seems we get split up a lot, which I don't love, but the kids have been having a lot of fun with Daddy! The Saturday before Halloween Darren took them each on a little date.
Darren has Aggie season tickets and usually takes Logan, but because he was taking Logan somewhere later that night, he took Rylee to this game and they both had a great time. Rylee had fun cheering for the Aggies and was great once she had her popcorn. Darren said she was a lot easier to take than Logan because she isn't quite as crazy!

What a cutie!!! She loves the Aggies! After the game, (it was an afternoon game) I met Darren up by the field and traded him kids - He then took Logan down to Salt Lake and I took Rylee back home with me and Avery. The whole way home she told me all about the game and her popcorn and chatted and chatted away! She talked about it all night! My favorite was when she was telling me all about the popcorn Daddy wouldn't let her eat off the ground. She is SUCH a talker lately!
Logan took Darren to a Real Salt Lake soccer game. Logan was SO excited! They had been talking about going for awhile and this was the last home game of the season, so Darren decided that they better go, even if it was pretty cold. They had a great time and Logan loved hanging out with Daddy and Jesse. He thought Jesse was hilarious!
I don't know why some of my pictures won't turn! They were turned the right way when I uploaded them.... Anyway - Darren and Logan sat in the Loyalist section and when Real scored, they threw this HUGE flag up over them. Logan was pretty worried at first, but then he thought it was really cool. Logan was so funny, he would listen to the chants and songs for a second and then start belting them out with all of the other fans. Darren was so proud!
My guys! They have so much fun together!

Real won the game 3-0! It was a great game for them to go to! Real also qualified for the playoffs with the game and are still going strong. They won this trophy for winning the series against the Colorado Rapids. They brought it over to the stands and Logan almost got to touch it! It was such a fun day for Darren to enjoy not just one but 2 sporting events with 2 of his favorite people and the kids LOVED their time with daddy!
