Isn't she look so sweet? She has really started to put on the chunk! When she was born, she had the skinniest little legs, but she now is starting to get some little rolls on her arms and legs and some chunky cheeks!
I have yet to go to church since Avery was born. It is a combination of things - Mostly the swine flu scare but also the fact that our church is at 8:30 and I can't quite get everyone ready and the baby fed that early. So, while everyone else is at church, I like to have fun little photo sessions with Avery. I should clean the house or something, but it is just too fun to take her picture! Now I need to learn how to edit the ones I take! These ones are at about 3 weeks.
I love little baby hats!
She always likes to sleep like this - with her arms all tucked up by her face! I think it looks so sweet!
Isn't this sweet?
Avery is getting really good at holding up her head at one month. She is a strong little baby. She is so alert when she is awake and she loves to look all around and when you talk to her, she really studies your face. She looks like she is ready to have a full conversation. She is starting to smile a little and I love watching her look at her daddy!
Isn't she a sweet baby? She loves her swing and she loves to be all bundled up like a burrito - it always seems to calm her down.
Avery at 4 weeks old - I thought it would be fun to take a picture of her in the same outfit that she wore home from the hospital to compare - She is getting so big! Her pants are looking like floods. She is getting too big for most of her newborn clothes and is starting to wear 0-3 month clothes and size 1 diapers. I hate putting away all of her tiny, cute clothes!
These photos are of Avery at one month on the quilt my mom made for her. I LOVE It! My mom always makes a quilt for each of my kids, but this one is my favorite so far. It turned out SO cute!
At one month, I think I have pretty much physically fully recovered. We are still working on sleep, but other than that I am feeling great! We are also starting to venture out a little with all 3 kids, which is always an adventure! It is hard to be outnumbered but we are getting better and better. We have discovered that Avery loves to be out and about and that she sleeps great in the car - as long as we keep moving! She also likes her stroller. We have gone for a few car rides and an outing to the Pumpkin Patch and Avery did great. Avery is NOT one who likes a binky - when I try and give it to her, she gets this look on her face like "Why are you putting that plastic thing in my mouth?" She is getting better and better and is such a happy baby and is starting to get into a pretty good routine. She eats about every 3 hours and plays a little, and then we wrap her and she goes to sleep just great most of the time. She loves bath time and is starting to smile at us and is trying to coo a little bit, which I love! I can't believe a whole month has gone by! We love our sweet angel baby!

She is so adorable! She has so much hair. My little Avery has that same pink and brown hat so cute. We would love to meet up with you guys sometime in Layton, we don't have much going on for the next few weeks.
