February Highlights!

Here are a few of our February activities - We had a busy month and did a lot around our house to get it ready to sell, but we did manage to do a few fun things! We had a really small Superbowl party - mostly just so I could make some fun treats! I was dying for 7 Layer Bean dip and needed an excuse to make it! I also took the kids to see the Globetrotters and they thought that was really fun! Afterwards, Logan would only use his red, white and blue ball to play basketball and tell me that he was a 'Trotter and did little slam dunks on his hoop! Rylee even liked it because she loves to cheer! We also made a trip to see the fish at the Bass Pro Shops, which the kids always love to do! Rylee walks right up to the tank and starts signing fish and gets so excited! The kids have also LOVED being able to start spending time outside and we have been going to the park and taking walks and all sorts of stuff (we will definately miss this about Vegas...) Logan also started a little art class that he really likes that teaches colors, shapes and numbers. He is having lots of fun with it!

Logan's World...

Our Logan has such the imagination! Sometimes I wonder what it must be like to live in his world! Since I posted so many pictures of Rylee, I thought I should include some of him and the many funny things he does! He keeps us very entertained!

Logan loves to pretend he is playing Guitar Hero just like his uncles! He gets this out and plays and sings "I Want to Rock and Roll all Night and Party Everyday!" Or "Hit Me With YOur Best Shot!" It is hilarious! He even carries a pretty good tune!

I LOVE this picture because it has such a funny story! Logan got these special treats at Target for being good! He LOVES pirates and was so excited for his own eye patch and hook but fell asleep on the way home...
Then I moved him into the house and he still slept in his eye patch and when he woke up he came out and said "Where's my hook?" It was so funny! He LOVES pretending he is a pirate - especially now that he has a new telescope!
We went over to our friend's house one day and Logan helped build and paint a little truck! He loved it! He likes using tools!

Logan LOVES this tent he got for Christmas - He likes to pretend it is a space ship or a castle and is always playing in it and trying to hide from Rylee!
Logan also loves to play with his little town of Radiator Springs with all of his cars! It is just a little homemade thing Santa brought but he LOVES it!

Little Princess!

I have a little obsession that some people may not know about - I LOVE the Disney Princesses! So when my friend Jen brought over some old dressups for Rylee, I had to immediately try them on her even though they were still pretty big on her! I thought she looked so adorable... and maybe a little silly! She LOVED it though! She thought all the layers and sparkles were great!

Rylee has now been walking for about two months! I am chasing her constantly and she is into everything! It is hard to believe that she has been going for so long and walking so well already but she is really cruising! She has really mastered walking and is now starting to climb! She wants to climb on everything - She is quite the little monkey! Her new favorite is to climb up on Logan's toddler bed and jump on it and then climb down over the end and the footboard! She is so busy! Here are a few pictures of her learning to walk!

My Funny Valentines!!!

Ok - So I realize that Valentine's Day has come and gone over a month ago, but I have had some technical dificulties with my camera and no high speed internet access lately, I have fallen drastically behind on my blogging! We had a fun Valentine's! Logan LOVED making Valentine's to send to his cousins and grandparents, and on Valentine's Day, we had a little party with a couple of Logan's friends to frost sugar cookies. We went out to get Chinese food with the kids for Valentine's. That is our favorite treat! We had a fun day and Darren even got me a Cafe Rio gift card to use for myself! Wahoo! Rylee also looked especially cute I thought in her little Valentines dress with her heart bow! It is so fun to dress her all up - I think my mom bought this dress for her last Valentine's Day before she was even born, so we have been waiting a while to bust it out! Isn't she adorable? I LOVE all my cute little Valentine's and couldn't imagine life without the three of them! I feel so blessed to have 3 special people who love me so much!
