First, Logan the Jedi. This costume was actually what my mom made him for his birthday. It worked out perfectly. We ordered him a Jedi braid to complete the outfit and used some boot covers from his Peter Pan costume from a couple years ago. He ended up hating the braid but I made him wear it for pictures.
Next, was Miss Rylee - She went through about 10 costume changes before she finally made up her mind. She kept saying Rapunzel, but then she changed that a couple times and finally settled on Dorothy. I don't know where she came up with that idea. We saw the Wizard of Oz play at the high school last year and she really liked it, but I was pretty surprised that was her choice. Until she mentioned that she would HAVE to have sparkly red shoes and then I realized that the shoes were the reason why! I found her the perfect Dorothy dress that even had sequins (SO Rylee) and the most hilarious wig and a little basket and Toto, which she loved! So many accessories! She was in heaven.
And little Avery got to be Nemo. Not that she had much of a choice. She was really too little to have much of an opinion and we already had the costume from when Rylee was that age. It is one of my favorites! I love the cute little tail and fins and how funny she looks when she walks in it. She hated the hat, but overall, I think she was pretty happy as Nemo.
And the 3 Musketeers

"To Infinity and Beyond".... Logan is excited for blast off! Pretty intense!
This is my favorite!

This one is not the cutest photo, but it is a classic Rylee face, so I had to include it!
I love her little tail poking out of the tree - She waddles around so cute in her costume!

I thought Logan looked so funny propped up on the pumpkin like this. Rylee isn't too happy...
HUGS!!! They wouldn't stop looking at the waterfall long enough to get a picture of them looking at the camera.
I love these! So cute! Rylee loves to hold hands and drag Logan along.
Cute one of Rylee, but Logan can't stop looking at the water...
Cute one of Logan, but now Rylee is crying. So hard to coordinate that!

We are really excited for Halloween this year! We are going to spend the day at the zoo, which the kids are really excited for and then visit both Grandma's houses. We have never been able to do that on Halloween with the kids, so we are excited to share it with our families and show off our cute kids! I still don't know what I am going to dress up as. Darren is going to be David Beckham, so I was thinking of being Victoria, but I don't think I can pull it off. I will probably be lame and wear a pair of Darren's scrubs like I do every year. Happy Halloween everyone!
